Job Description

As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for resolving service issues (Level 1 & 2 as appropriate) by understanding and clarifying customer problems. You will determine the cause of the issue and ensure resolution based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs). It will be your duty to manage customer expectations regarding response time, issue resolution, and quality support. Additionally, you will be required to generate reports on a need basis. In terms of technical skills, you should have a basic knowledge of SQL. Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Tamil languages is mandatory for this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location will be in person.,
