Customer Support Engineer

Your role as a Customer Manager will involve managing Preventive Maintenance, Emergency Maintenance, and all Execution activities related to Systems & Products. You must have a strong technical background in DCS (Distributed Control Systems), PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), and Field Instruments. The position entails mandatory site visits and extensive travel across the Southern Region. Your responsibilities will include following up with customers to resolve technical issues, address outstanding matters, and handle all technical queries. This position will be based in Vizag.
