Customer Support Engineer/ OPS Engineer

As a Customer Support Engineer/ OPS Engineer, you will be an integral part of the customer support operations team, where you will be responsible for providing technical customer support and managing relationships with customers. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about solar photovoltaic technology in the renewable energy sector, eager to showcase their technical expertise in addressing challenges in solar PV power plant O&M and asset management while delivering top-notch customer support service. Your daily tasks will involve collaborating closely with the customer support manager and operations head, where you will work hands-on with Apollo, our proprietary performance intelligence and health analytics solution for solar PV power plants. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configuration of new plants on to Apollo - Checking all engineering files of the power plant received from the customer - Setting up plant topology and configuration in Apollo - Establishing data pipeline connection between Apollo and customer site - Activating all product features in Apollo related to central monitoring, analytics, and CMMS - Validating plant onboarding checks and preparing handover files for the customer - Creating UAT report for the handover plants **Qualifications Required:** - Customer Support and Technical Support skills - Troubleshooting and Field Service abilities - Proficiency in Data Integration Protocol - Experience in renewable energy or related industry is advantageous - Knowledge of solar and wind power plant operations - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or renewable field - Only candidates based in Pune are eligible In addition to the above, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering is a mandatory qualification for this role.,
