Job Description

Customer Support Executives to join our team in Bengaluru. We are looking for both energetic freshers and experienced professionals who possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for assisting customers.Job Overview

Role: Customer Support Executive / Associate
Experience Required: Freshers and Experienced candidates can both apply
Work Locations: Electronic City(Bangalore) – Candidates should be flexible with the location.
Shift Type: Rotational Shifts. 5 Days working & 2 Days rotational week off.
Employment Type: Full-time

Salary & Compensation

Freshers: ₹21,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹31k per month – Final CTC will be based on relevant experience, skills, and previous salary documentation.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Communication: Exceptionally good verbal and written English communication skills are strictly required.
Education: Minimum Graduate or Undergraduates with relevant experience.
Skillset: Strong interpersonal skills, quick learning ability, and a customer-first attitude.
Technical Savvy: Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with internet browsing, and good typing speed.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and flexible schedules based on business requirements.
