Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate in the UK Logistics Support Team at Zouma Company, your role involves handling inbound and outbound calls regarding shipment coordination, delivery updates, and logistics support for UK-based customers. You will be responsible for coordinating with drivers, dispatchers, and warehousing teams in the UK, providing real-time updates to customers, resolving delivery-related issues promptly, updating customer and shipment data accurately, ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional communication, and adhering to SOPs and compliance guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Handle international voice calls for parcel tracking, delivery scheduling, and customer logistics queries. - Coordinate with UK drivers, dispatchers, and warehousing teams. - Provide real-time updates to customers and promptly resolve delivery issues. - Accurately update customer and shipment data in internal systems. - Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication. - Follow SOPs and compliance guidelines in all communications. Qualifications Required: - Excellent spoken English communication skills with understanding of UK accent. - Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); graduates preferred. - Prior experience in international BPO or voice process advantageous. - Comfortable working night shifts aligned with UK time zones. - Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving attitude, and basic computer knowledge. - Familiarity with CRMs is a plus. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
