Customer Support Associate

Your responsibilities will include: - Excellent verbal communication skills - Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process - Immediate availability to join (15 days Notice Period is Considerable) - Ability to handle real-time voice calls Your work schedule will be a 5-day work week with rotational shifts, predominantly night shifts. The compensation offered for this position ranges from CTC 2.25 to 3.5 LPA, depending on your experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work from the office with a two-way cab facility available within a 25km radius based on the shift timings. The work location for this position is at Sutherland, A1 Block, Ground floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, Chennai. The office is conveniently located opposite Perungalathur Railway Station.
