Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of Experience
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Responsibilities

Explain company and client details to potential customers and address their queries.
Communicate with prospective customers to promote client services and generate interest.
Collect customer information and schedule appointments.
Handle incoming calls from potential customers responding to advertisements.
Follow up with prospective customers through telephone calls and written communication.
Maintain customer records and provide regular activity reports.
Support daily operational and administrative activities.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Willingness to initiate conversations with potential customers.
Flexibility and adaptability to business requirements.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
