Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or campaigns.
  • Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain customer records in the CRM/database.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Maintain call quality, professionalism, and adherence to scripts and compliance standards.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide feedback on customer responses, objections, and trends to improve processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,576.68 - ₹27,090.35 per month
