Tele caller proficient in Marathi
to support our agricultural drone outreach activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with farmers, distributors, and potential clients, explaining product benefits, and generating leads for the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to farmers, dealers, and prospective clients in Marathi.
- Explain Marut's agricultural drone products and services clearly and convincingly.
- Generate and qualify leads for the Sales and Field teams.
- Maintain a high call volume with good conversion quality.
Customer Engagement
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely engagement and closure.
- Build rapport with customers to promote trust and long-term association.
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Update customer details, call outcomes, and lead status in CRM/tools.
- Share daily/weekly reports with the Sales team.
- Maintain call logs and ensure accuracy of records.
Coordination Support
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Field Teams for lead allocation.
- Schedule product demos and field visits as required.
- Assist in basic customer grievance handling and escalating issues appropriately
Knowledge And Skill Required
- Excellent fluency in Marathi (reading, writing, speaking).
- Good communication skills in Hindi or English is an added advantage.
- Strong persuasion and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to explain technical/Agri products in simple and clear language.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM for lead management, data updates, and call tracking.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- 03 years of experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales calling.
- Experience in agriculture, Agri-inputs, farming solutions, or technology products is an added advantage.
