Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy **IT Customer Support Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of hands-on experience in providing technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving hardware/software issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.

* Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and networking issues.

* Assist users with installation, configuration, and usage of IT systems.

* Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams.

* Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions provided.

* Provide support for Microsoft Office tools, email setup, printers, and system access.

* Ensure timely follow-ups and updates to users on issue status.

### **Requirements:**

* Minimum 6 months of experience in IT support or helpdesk role.

* Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking fundamentals.

* Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
