Job Title: Customer support Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree Experience: 1-2 Years Overview: Cengrs Geotechnica Private Limited is a premier geotechnical engineering firm with a reputation and experience. We provide a comprehensive suite of services, which include Laboratory Testing, Foundation Testing, and Ground Improvement. Over the years, we have made significant contributions to the Indian construction industry. Our esteemed clients belong to a large variety of sectors, such as, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Railways, Real Estate, and Roads. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Oversee follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Implement and manage the CRM system to track and analyze customer interactions. Maintain records of legal and compliance documents related to suppliers, ensuring contracts are up to date. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven CRM experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
