Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager - Digital Sales at Adobe in Noida, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with new and existing North American Adobe SMB customers, promoting upsell and cross-sell initiatives to drive revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and develop a deep understanding of Adobe's Digital Media products to provide value-based solutions to customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing North American Adobe SMB customers. - Start conversations centered on value to endorse Adobe's Digital Media solutions. - Identify accounts with high potential for additional purchases and cross-selling to boost sales. - Complete Marketing Qualified Leads with a defined SLA to enhance revenue. - Research customer contracts and purchasing history to identify expansion opportunities. - Manage the opportunity pipeline and provide accurate updates to management. - Collaborate with Solution Specialists to enhance Adobe Solution streams like Adobe Sign, Substance, Stock, and Frame.io. - Engage with supporting functional teams to resolve issues related to Creative Cloud Subscriptions. **Qualifications Required:** - A degree or equivalent experience in a practical field. - Proven ability to successfully implement value-based sales strategies. - Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. - Experience in managing customer accounts and driving revenue growth. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical skills to research and determine customer needs.
