Job Description

As a Customer Success Management Specialist at Accenture, your role involves being a part of the Customer Success team in a Cloud Solution Architect capacity. You will apply your technical knowledge and customer insights to create a modernization roadmap and architect solutions to meet business and IT needs. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the technical viability of new projects, orchestrating key resources, and infusing key Infrastructure technologies. Additionally, you will leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and future growth by cultivating customer affinity with Microsoft programs and solutions that drive impact for the customer. You will also provide feedback on customer development needs, blockers, or mitigation strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, drive, and manage engagements for repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets. - Conduct analyses to determine customer usage versus needs and drive greater consumption with customers based on analysis of both usage and needs. - Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create a modernization roadmap and architect solutions to meet business and IT needs. - Run Architectural Design Sessions to build plans for implementing solutions aligning with customer business goals and technical environments. - Collaborate and orchestrate with other Cloud Solution Architects and stakeholders in developing cloud solutions on Azure. **Qualifications:** - 3-5+ years of experience in technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales, OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales, OR relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms AND 3+ years of experience in technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales, OR equivalent experience with cloud-based solution designs, migrations, and management.,
