Role: Customer Success Executive

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as “Customer Success Managers”. This is an excellent opportunity for the candidates looking to kickstart their careers in a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

●Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

●Provide prompt and professional customer support through various channels, including e-mail, chat and Zoom.

●Understand client requirements and provide solutions to meet their business needs.

●Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall user experience.

●Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products to clients to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:

●Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively

communicate with clients at all levels.

●Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client's business requirements and provide effective solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
