Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive (Female) who will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage client relationships, generate leads, and follow up on payments and customer queries.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

• Perform lead generation through calls and maintain updated lead records.

• Conduct client follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.

• Manage payment follow-ups with clients in a timely and polite manner.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and support.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in B.sc computer science , B.E Mech , B.E Civil , B.E Computer science (preferred).

• 0 – 3 years of experience in customer support, inside sales, or a similar role.

• Excellent communication skills in English (and regional languages if required).

• Strong telephonic etiquette and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up efficiently.

• Knowledge of CRM tools or call management systems is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
