Your Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Customer Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to generate and convert inquiries into walk-ins for the preschool. You will play a pivotal role in guiding parents through the admission process and representing the brand positively.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Reach out to potential parents from the leads database and explain the benefits of the school’s programs. •
Handling Inquiries: Attend to incoming calls and emails, providing comprehensive information about admission procedures, curriculum, fee structure, and school facilities. • Appointment Scheduling: Encourage parents to visit the school by scheduling tours, meetings, and follow-ups. Ensure a seamless experience during the visit.
