About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Handling customer complaints & grievances 2. Resolving customers' queries via emails and phone calls 3. Keeping track of the orders and arranging the required styles on request 4. Resolving queries on social media on posts and direct messages 5. Forwarding queries to the concerned team 6.
