Customer Success Associate – International Voice Support

Cab Facility: Available (for both pickup and drop)

We are hiring skilled and experienced professionals for the role of Customer Success Associate in an international support process. If you have excellent English communication skills and a background in tech support and customer service, this is the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical and customer support
• Resolve customer queries related to products or services
• Deliver accurate and timely resolutions with excellent customer experience
• Document customer interactions and follow standard protocols
• Ensure end-to-end issue resolution and maintain quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in an international support role with technical troubleshooting experience
• Language Proficiency: Strong command over English – C1 level or equivalent
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills with no MTI/RTI, grammatical or pronunciation issues

• Versant Assessment (Language Proficiency Test)
