Customer Success Associate - 6 Months Contract

Role Overview: Branch is a for-profit socially conscious company that provides world-class financial services to the mobile generation. Responsibilities: - Customer Service: Deliver efficient and friendly responses to customers through various channels. - Credit Risk: Evaluate loan applications, identify and prevent fraud for new borrowers. - Product: Escalate customer feedback and IT bugs to enhance the product. - General: Assist with various administrative projects as required. Qualifications: - 1-4 years of customer service experience, primarily through calling. - Proficiency in Hindi and English communication. - Passion for the company's mission and customers. - Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and willing to take initiative. - Strong communication skills, both oral and written. - Data-driven and analytical, with proficiency in Excel. - Flexibility in scheduling, including willingness to work weekends and holidays.
