Job Description

As a Customer Support Analyst at Reveleer, you will play a crucial role in providing performance reporting for our platform and services customers. You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and utilize data visualization tools like Looker to create insightful, data-driven reports that enable our customers to optimize their use of our products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain performance reports: Create and update regular performance reports on customer usage and active projects. - Analyze key metrics: Conduct in-depth analysis on critical metrics such as retrieval rates, clinical performance, and customer usage. - Collaborate with SMEs: Work closely with product and engineering SMEs to translate technical data into actionable insights for customers. - Leverage Looker: Utilize your expertise in Looker to build performance dashboards that offer visibility into customer and services performance. - Identify trends: Proactively identify and highlight key trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities in customer usage. - Provide data-driven recommendations: Offer recommendations to the Customer Success team and customers to enhance performance and achieve business goals. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is a plus. - Strong BI and PowerPoint skills. - Experience in healthcare technology is highly preferred. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In this role, your competencies should include: - Analytical Prowess: Proficiency in data analytics, statistical analysis, and data visualization. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data findings effectively. - Proficiency in Looker: Strong experience with Looker or similar BI tools is essential. - Analytical Mindset: Detail-oriented with the ability to simplify complex datasets into understandable narratives. - Excellent Communication: Capable of conveying findings to both technical and non-technical audiences clearly. - Collaborative Spirit: Enjoy working in a team and building strong relationships with SMEs and stakeholders. - Customer-Centric Focus: Passionate about helping customers succeed and providing them with valuable insights.
