Job Description

Role Overview: As a Solution Architect at Nokia, you will be responsible for developing customer-specific architecture and designing end-to-end solutions to meet customer needs. Your role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, capturing and managing requirements, and ensuring the integrity of the solution over time. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic decisions, solve complex problems, and lead teams or projects. Acting as a professional leader, you will ensure effective collaboration across organizations to deliver workable solutions and provide expert guidance within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop customer-specific architecture within a dedicated area of expertise. - Identify the business groups (BGs) involved and coordinate cross-BG activities during the initial phase of solution development. - Capture and manage functional and non-functional requirements using industry best practices. - Understand and capture critical inputs from stakeholders and translate them into effective requirements and solutions. - Specify and design end-to-end solutions through both high-level and low-level architecture design to meet customer needs, while considering market positioning. - Apply solution architecture standards, processes, and principles to maintain the integrity of the solution over time, ensuring that it meets the client's requirements. - Develop the full scope of the solution, collaborating across organizations to achieve workable solutions. - Research, design, plan, develop, and evaluate effective solutions in specialized domains to meet customers" requirements and desired outcomes through both high-level and low-level architecture design. - Contribute to strategic decisions within the professional area. - Solve complex problems using sophisticated analytical thinking and complex judgment. - Act as a professional leader for staff, work teams, or task forces, often being the most senior specialist who serves as a best-practice resource within their unit and is recognized as an expert in the professional area within the business. - Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity. Handle day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work. Qualifications Required: - Expertise in developing customer-specific architecture and designing end-to-end solutions. - Ability to coordinate activities across multiple business groups for seamless solution development. - Proficiency in capturing and managing functional and non-functional requirements using industry best practices. - Skills in translating stakeholder inputs into effective technical requirements and solutions. - Expertise in designing solutions that meet market positioning and client needs. - Strong knowledge of solution architecture standards, processes, and principles to ensure solution integrity. - Ability to collaborate across teams and organizations to define and deliver full solution scope. - Contribute to strategic decisions influencing the professional direction of the organizational unit. - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues. - Strong leadership skills, guiding teams and serving as a best-practice resource within the organization.,
