Job Description

As a part of Smart Infrastructure, a trusted partner of Siemens Ltd., you will play a crucial role in coordinating general Service-related activities performed by a team of professionals. Your responsibilities will include implementing rules and regulations, ensuring adherence to public and regional standards, and leading teams in the Service domain. Additionally, you will act as the first level escalation instance and provide a suitable work environment by implementing people management processes. You will also be responsible for controlling the execution of Service-related activities according to organizational guidelines and leading or coordinating a group of dedicated qualified professionals locally to achieve the targets set.
