Job Title: Import Customer Service Executive
Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics

• Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays Off (2nd & 4th) & Alternate Saturdays Half-Day (1st & 3rd till 1:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete import documentation including Bill of Lading, Bill of Entry, Delivery Order, and IGM filing.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and CHA for timely customs clearance and cargo release.
• Provide shipment tracking & regular updates to customers ensuring on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, HS codes, and duty/tariff assessments.
• Address and resolve customer queries & escalations related to import shipments.
• Prepare freight invoices, quotations, and ensure accuracy of all documentation.
• Maintain strong customer relationship management (CRM) to ensure high service levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth end-to-end import operations.

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate Freshers with good academic scores are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
