Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing service partners, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining customer relationships, overseeing distributor management, handling tele sales, and managing consumer experience. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing customer service strategies, achieving customer delight, improving CSAT scores, monitoring failure rates, reducing TAT, enhancing revenue, and working closely with sales and distributors for effective customer experience management. You will represent the voice of customers within the organization, implement the latest technology for service digitalization, increase customer engagement by 20%, ensure distributor satisfaction, and oversee the efficient operation of the Service Center in compliance with company policies. Understanding market needs, benchmarking competitors, resolving customer complaints promptly, and using feedback for continuous improvement will also be part of your role.
