Customer Service/Key Accounts/Sales- Coordination

As a candidate for the position in Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, or Hyderabad, your role will encompass a range of essential functions including receiving orders via phone, e-mail, and fax, entering orders into the system, placing purchase orders, coordinating shipments with carriers, and communicating with customers on various aspects such as shipping schedules, pricing, and product availability. You will also be responsible for forecasting, gathering, inputting, and coordinating inventory activity data to ensure accurate product movement and availability for future orders. Additionally, you will enter data into the system for invoicing, compile monthly invoice information for summary billing, track and trace railcar movements, and maintain the system database regarding customers, products, suppliers, and pricing. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and enter orders via phone, e-mail, and fax - Place purchase orders and confirm sale/buy prices - Coordinate shipments with carriers and arrange equipment scheduling - Communicate with customers on shipping schedules, pricing, and product availability - Forecast, gather, input, and coordinate inventory activity data - Enter data into the system for invoicing and compile monthly invoice information - Track and trace railcar movements and update the system database Qualifications Required: - Associate's Degree from a two-year college or technical school - Minimum of three years of customer relations, sales, and/or order processing experience - Proficiency in operating a computer with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and other data entry software In addition to these responsibilities and qualifications, the company values individuals who are customer-oriented, detail-oriented, able to multitask, possess excellent communication skills, can resolve conflicts effectively, demonstrate honesty and integrity, have strong interpersonal skills, excel in problem-solving, can build and lead teams, and exhibit autonomy in working independently with minimal supervision.,
