Role Overview: As a part of our Specimen programme, your role involves resolving queries of Teachers to validate their data. You are expected to possess excellent product knowledge to enhance teacher satisfaction. Additionally, you will provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right methods and tools. Keeping records of teacher interactions, processing teacher accounts, and filing documents will also be part of your responsibilities. Handling teacher complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the specified time limits will be crucial.
