Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Develop and refine SOPs for key customer service interactions Respond promptly to queries regarding orders, returns, warranties, and service requests as per defined SLAs Create weekly/monthly dashboards with insights and improvement suggestions Support in tracking and improving customer experience KPIs like CSAT, FCR, and TAT About Company: Headquartered in New Delhi, India, Jaina Group offers a wide range of mobile communication devices and consumer electronics to meet the needs of evolving Indian consumers.
