You will be responsible for providing correct and effective communication to existing and prospective customers regarding products and their applications. Your role will involve developing long-term positive customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, build loyalty, and instill confidence in the company as a preferred partner. Additionally, you will be collecting and managing data, identifying customer needs, and resolving query calls efficiently. As a part of your responsibilities, you will engage in telephonic interactions with customers, providing them with information about products and services. You will need to acquire and analyze relevant information to assess the validity of their concerns. The minimum educational qualification required for this position is 12th Pass, and preferred experience includes 0-6 months of post-graduation experience in Customer Support for UK/USA/Australian clients. The ideal candidate for this role should be self-motivated with good communication skills, core selling skills, and proficient customer relationship management abilities. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as food provision, paid time off, and Provident Fund. Fluency in English is required for this role, and the work location is in person.
