Customer Relationship Management: Your role will entail managing end-to-end customer relationships, which includes explaining product offerings, addressing sales queries, cross-selling products, and educating customers to enhance their understanding of the products. Additionally, you will go the extra mile to assist customers in a positive manner. Dealer Relationship Management: You will maintain relationships with assigned dealers to ensure smooth collaboration. Deal Processing: Your tasks will include collecting all pre-sanction and post-sanction documents, as well as accurately entering data into systems such as RSPM and SAGE. Internal Stakeholder Management: You will interact with the operations and credit teams to facilitate the smooth processing of loan applications.,
