As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them effectively. Your key responsibilities will include identifying target areas for prospective business, pre-screening customer segments, ensuring the number of logins along with disbursement, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding their needs and cross-selling multiple products as required. Moreover, you will be expected to execute sales promotion activities to enhance customer interest in the TCFSL brand, build strong client relationships internally and externally, and establish a robust brand identification with potential customers. You will also play a vital role in vendor empanelment, developing relationships with new vendors, and building strong distribution channels. Additionally, ensuring compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a graduate degree in any discipline and possess a strong understanding of business development and client relationship management.
