As a candidate for this role, your primary responsibility will be to achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. You will be required to identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments as per the organization norms. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the number of log-ins along with disbursement, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels by proactively understanding customer needs, and cross-selling multiple products as per the requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand, build strong client relationships internally and externally, and establish a strong brand identification with potential customers. Qualifications required for this role include being a graduate in any discipline. You will also need to ensure vendor empanelment, develop relationships with new vendors, build strong distribution channels, and ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations.
