You will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. As a Graduate in any discipline, you will identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments based on organizational norms. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the number of log-ins along with disbursements, as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as required. You will be expected to execute sales promotion activities to enhance customer interest in the TCFSL brand and build strong client relationships internally and externally. Moreover, you will focus on developing a strong brand identification with potential customers, ensuring vendor empanelment, and establishing relationships with new vendors. Furthermore, you will be required to develop robust distribution channels and ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations.
