We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international process at our Jaipur office.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with customers, understanding their needs, offering suitable solutions, pitching the products and closing the sales.

What you will do:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clientsUnderstand customer queries and provide accurate solutionsRecommend relevant products or services when appropriatePerform upselling and cross-selling based on customer needsMaintain professional communication and close interactions positively

Eligibility:
Graduation is mandatoryMinimum 1 year of experience in international customer support or sales process
Excellent spoken English communication skillsComfortable working in a target-driven environmentWilling to relocate to Jaipur (relocation support provided)

Salary:
1 year experience: ₹40,000 – ₹44,000 per month
2+ years experience: ₹44,000 – ₹46,000 per month
The salary starts from ₹30,000 CTC for freshers in other international processes in the same company.
