Job Purpose

We are looking for a customer service professional who can interact and resolve our customer queries and act as a coordinator between the internal departments to provide hassle free service & ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibility

1. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

2. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

4. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

6. Take the extra mile to engage customers

Required Skills :

1. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

2. Track record of over-achieving quota

3. Great communication skills, fluency in both English , Tamil and Hindi.

4. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

5. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
