Customer Service Representative (Voice & Email Support)

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our support team. The role involves handling both voice and email support, resolving customer queries efficiently, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and a positive, problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via phone calls and emails in a professional manner

• Understand customer issues and provide timely and accurate resolutions

• Document interactions and update internal systems

• Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality

• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments when needed

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends

• Comfortable working in both voice and email support processes

• Good problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

• A calm and composed attitude while dealing with customer concerns

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email/chat tools

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification: +2

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in customer service

• Valid experience documents required for experienced candidates

Compensation:

• Freshers: ₹13,000/month (CTC)

• Experienced (1 year): Up to ₹20,000/month (CTC, with valid documentation)
