As a Customer Support Specialist at SWJG Collabratory Ventures Private Limited, your primary role is to engage with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Your goal is to transform customers into enthusiastic advocates of our products by providing them with detailed information about product features, pricing, and availability. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and maintain accurate records through data entry on different platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to offer comprehensive solutions to their inquiries - Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs effectively - Perform data entry tasks on multiple platforms to maintain accurate records Qualifications Required: - A minimum of 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience - Proficiency in verbal communication in both English and Spanish - Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills Please note that this role involves working in rotational shifts 24/7 for 5 days a week at our office in Chandigarh. Relocation to the job location is mandatory. English proficiency is a prerequisite for this position.,
