We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients throughout their property journey, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience before and after the sale. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person regarding property listings, site visits, project updates, and documentation. Maintain a thorough understanding of company projects and services to provide accurate information to clients Assist in coordinating appointments, property tours, and post-sales support services.
