Customer Service Representative- Fresher's

Role Overview: As a Customer Support Executive at HCL Tech, you will serve as a customer service representative, handling inbound calls from US customers. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer queries in accordance with client and business guidelines. This role requires individuals with experience in US Inbound calling, preferably in the Banking domain. Key Responsibilities: - Answering all inbound queries following the call flow procedure. - Ensuring adherence to processes to maintain high-quality customer service. - Following escalation procedures for issues beyond the agent's control, aiming for first call resolution. - Adhering to break schedule adherence. - Participating in motivational activities and implementing feedback received during monitoring sessions. - Updating various logs such as the escalation log and complaint tracker. - Ensuring data security by safeguarding customers" proprietary data. Qualifications Required: - Any Grad/UG can apply (No Regular Students / No Law Graduate). - B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, and MCA candidates are not eligible. - Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - with a professional telephone etiquette. - Must be helpful, empathetic, and enthusiastic about customer service. - Freshers with experience in US Inbound calling, preferably in the Banking domain.
