Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Provide accurate information about our services and resolve client queries.
• Discuss membership plans with clients and convince them to enroll.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Follow up with potential leads and convert them into clients.

Requirements:

• Graduate (Any Stream).
• Female candidates only.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior experience in customer service or CRM will be an advantage.
• Fresher and experinced both can apply.
