Education Required: BSC Agri /Horti /Any Graduate Languages Required: English & Hindi Work Location: Pune Experienced Required: 0 – 2 years Salary: No bar for right candidate Primary Responsibilities Corresponding with clients to identify and evaluate their business or technical requirements Handling the business, compliance and paperwork issues surrounding modern gardening Provide the products USPs Provide the right gardening solution Guide the customers to select the right products Prepare the daily call log sheet and share to supervisor Keeping up to date with relevant developments Secondary Responsibilities Share daily reports to your reporting authority Need to maintain the daily sales collection report Need to guide and support team members as an when required Requirements & Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills ( English & Hindi ) Needs to develop Strong sales convincing skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work well under pressure Must have worked on CRM
