Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate to support our growing user base. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through courteous and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer messages in a timely and helpful manner
• Identify and resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to follow up on customer needs
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Ensure consistent and professional service in every interaction

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Patient, polite, and clear in both written and spoken communication
• Responsible and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English; understanding of Bengali or Hindi is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹43,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
