Role Overview: You will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers over calls and handling complex situations. Your role will require you to be confident, energetic, and assertive during conversations. A good working knowledge of MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential. Experience in using GDS systems like Amadeus or Galileo will be beneficial. Flexibility to work in shifts in a 24X7 operation is required.
