Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive at our company, your role will involve responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. You will need to identify and assess customers" needs to ensure their satisfaction. Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, and following up to ensure resolution will be key responsibilities. Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents will also be part of your duties. Additionally, providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process is crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. - Identify and assess customers" needs to achieve satisfaction. - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). - Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Prior experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage. Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
