Job Description

RFQ Management: Quote customer inquiries (RFQs) and proactively follow up to secure sales. Proactive Communication: Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely service updates for customers. Operational Oversight: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all jobs and provide timely customer updates. Customer Advocacy: Bridge communication between sales and customers, fulfilling requirements while safeguarding company interests. Process Enhancement: Contribute to developing SOPs, reporting structures, and customer deliverables to monitor service quality and identify improvements. Relationship Management: Organize and facilitate customer reviews to drive retention. Continuous Improvement: Support and drive initiatives for improved productivity, cost savings, and yield within customer accounts.
