Customer Service Officer/Sr. Officer

As a Customer Service Officer/Senior Officer at our company, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growth-focused team. Your main responsibility will be to collaborate with the CS team in Thailand to ensure smooth processes and operations in customer service. Your key responsibilities will include handling sales order receiving, order processing, issue OC, follow-up shipment, invoicing, shipping, booking sales, maintaining the accuracy of system order data, communicating with finance and AA in a timely manner, monitoring warehouse inventory monthly, and providing inventory reports to finance including FG, RM, WIP. You will also be responsible for updating inventory and information, as well as other related tasks as assigned. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Customer Service, preferably in the Manufacturing Industry, along with at least 3 years of experience in customer service. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this position.
