Job Description

You will be responsible for collaborating with the IT team to address and resolve any workflow-related issues or challenges encountered by employees or systems. You will evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and work closely with both internal and external teams to provide effective solutions.

Key Results

  • Address issues within workflow processes and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to solve potential problems such as IT and mobile-related issues.
  • Design new processes and provide solutions to emerging challenges.
  • Manage and assist team members in various process and IT-related tasks.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities by proactively addressing and discussing issues with the IT team.
  • Facilitate coordination between internal teams and IT to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate and support teammates in diverse IT-related functions.
  • Communicate phone-related issues effectively to the IT team.

Key Activities

  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Work with the IT team to implement solutions that streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Take ownership of streamlined workflow processes and manage them end-to-end.
  • Manage and enhance process modules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Report work progress to the Team Lead and Manager.
  • Assist teammates in various IT-related functions.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously with efficiency.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Coordinate with the IT team, understand processes, and maintain efficient workflows.
  • Solve potential problems such as phone and IT-related issues.
  • Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to facilitate smooth process workflows.
  • Take responsibility for end-to-end management of streamlined workflow processes.
  • Enhance and manage process modules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead and support teammates in various process-related functions.
  • Communicate progress effectively with the Team Lead and Manager.

Critical Factors for Success

  • Strong communication skills to understand team needs and deliver above expectations.
  • Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Flexibility and readiness to contribute across a diverse range of tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficiency in managing Android phones is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
