Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. - Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction. - Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations. - Proficient in using computer systems, databases, and relevant office software applications. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain customer records accurately.,
