Job Title: Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Shift: Rotational / Night Shifts (International Process)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Age Preferred: 20 - 24 Years

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International BPO Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and concerns via voice calls professionally
• Provide accurate information regarding products/services
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Maintain proper call logs and documentation
• Follow company policies and process guidelines
• Meet individual and team performance targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills in English and 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
• Customer-oriented attitude with good problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally
• Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in International BPO voice process is an advantage
