  • Handle Customer Queries:

  • Process Adherence:

    Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.

  • Documentation:

    Record and maintain customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration:

    Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
  • Performance Targets:

    Achieve KPIs such as first-call resolution, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Shift Flexibility:

    Work in rotational shifts including night shifts, as per international time zones.
