Customer Service - Import Export

As a Customer Service - Import Export professional at this company in Noida Sector-63, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations in the freight forwarding & logistics industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling post-nomination Air & Sea shipments efficiently. - Coordinating daily with overseas agents, customers, and CHA via calls/emails. - Tracking shipments, sharing feedback, and updating customers until delivery. - Resolving customer queries and following up for new bookings promptly. - Managing import documentation, manifestation, CFS movement, and DO issuance accurately. - Sharing invoice details with accounts for timely billing. - Maintaining and updating internal DSR regularly to keep track of operations. - Coordinating with Operations for imports, exports, clearance, and transportation seamlessly. - Ensuring a high level of customer service by providing smooth and efficient service to clients.
